GX 460 MSRP of $56,548 Base, $7007.45 Discount so Adjusted price $49,540.55
$499 For Nitro filled tires -a joke , $850 for Dealer installed heated seats. Making purchase price $50.899.55
$693 in fees $12.35 tax or $51694 Net price

Then, the payment I calculate is $550/mo

Confirm both the adjusted cap cost and the MF they are using for their quote - that should clear up and discrepancies.

So I just had it out with the dealer. He swear MF is .0012. Is there any way he is right. I did fine some hidden fees when I made him walk through the calculations.

It is possible; the Lexus MF numbers are regional, and we only have the data for one region.

Check with other dealers nearby - if you get a consistent answer, then you'll know for sure.

Are you being quoted the same MF from all three dealers?

How far are you willing to travel to get the deal you want? Providence, Boston, NYC? Only takes one dealer to be transparent with the numbers.

Lexus has regional MF, but we don't have the information for all regions. If you are getting the same MF from three different dealers, it's likely that is the correct MF.

Yes that's what I figured but was hoping to get at least 10% off msrp unfortunately no dealer is up that so will be looking for other suvs I still have a month till my second child comes so I have a month to get a bigger vehicle. Any suggestions on any good deals for an SUV? Thank you for your help kept me from making a bad decision.
