Selling price is $71568.44 after incentive so around $4000 lower than msrp. I think I was told 1.65% but it could’ve been 0.00165. Then this math makes sense? Still seems high monthly payment.

With US Bank, .00165 seems more likely.
Assuming tax is 9%, the payment is $1009/mo, pre-tax.

To get that payment with the numbers you were given, the CAP cost would have to be about $840 more than the price given. That could be the acquisition fee or even the first payment rolled in.

So, the math looks about right. If we knew for sure about the money factor and adjusted CAP cost, we could check it, exactly, but I don't see any red flags. Range Rovers are expensive to lease.

What are MF and residual from Land Rover finance for RRS TD6 SE or HSE, 36 month 12k per year? I am in SoCal. Many Thx! Feel like I owe u good six pack of IPA.

SE: .00141 MF and 57% residual
HSE: .00072 MF and 54% residual

I am new to this forum but seems to be a lot of great info. I am not exactly sure how to do calculations with the Money Factor rates so would appreciate any tips.

I live in New York and am looking at a 2017 RRS SE or possibly HSE models. Don't need all the bells and whistles. Ideally want Corris Grey with a black interior, Comfort and Drive packages would be nice.

What can I expect to pay for lease for 39/10 with a $0 down payment? I'd like to try and get away for under $900 a month. A colleague got one a couple of years ago on a 27 month lease for $699.

haha yeah! i just figured since the model design changed the figures would be better. i guess that explains why the MF is low compared to the 2018 models.

NY Dealer is quoting residual of 52% and MF .0007 for 2017 RR Sport HSE V6 for 36 month and 10k miles .  You advised it is 55% and .0004 for February (and I thank you!). Any suggestions?

Nothing matches his residual, except..

36/15 residual is 52%. That's the published residual. You have to add 3% to it to get the 10K/yr rate.
Guessing the .00070 is just a markup to the .00040 rate.
