Can't hurt to start by offering 7% off sticker and see where that leads you.
wow, that's insane. that MF translates to $150 worth of monthly interest on the car that i'm looking at. i'll have to see if they will take security deposits.

BMW terminated their MSD program a couple of months ago.

Any sort of discounts for pre-paying lease in a single payment?
Any sort of discounts for pre-paying lease in a single payment?
well, you will save you north of $100 a month in interest. but it's also a gamble. if the car is stolen or totaled before your lease expires, all the money you put down is gone.

There is a difference between a down payment and a one-pay lease.
The former simply reduces the monthly payment, but you do risk losing that money if the lease terminates early.
A one-pay lease is exactly what it sounds like - in general, there is a reduction in the MF. There is no risk if the car is stolen or totaled - you would get the unused payments back.
That said, I'm not aware of a one-pay program from BMW.
Hello I have a couple Questions. what would the numbers be for a 2017 530i for 36/15k CA and do you think august numbers are going to be close or same and max % they will take off price. Last question if you have had a lease with BMWF and were never late do you get auto approval with top tier MF or do they still go by fico

No insight what the numbers will look like for August - however, the MF has been trending up for the last 3/4 months.
They will use the FICO score to determine the MF you are eligible for. Making all your payments for a prior BMW lease, but being 90 days delinquent for everything else, isn't a good sign for your future payment expectations.
i have a lease with BMWF right now and its going to be paid off this or next month, and all payments were on time, all CCs are current and no lates, I know ill get apporved i was told that if u make all your lease payments on time with them they will auto approve you for next but MF is still based on Fico score
Do you have residual/MF on the 2018 540i xDrive yet? I know they stopped production of the 2017's this past month in June. Looking for 36 month 12K lease numbers.

.00151 MF and 58% residual
Thank you. Just to confirm this is on the 540i and not the M550i right? 58% residual seems low.

2018 residuals are low, because they are still trying to clear the 2017 models. I would expect them to get better in the Fall (though, I'm often wrong)
FYI, to anyone shopping around for a 2018 540 xdrive. i signed my lease today for a custom order. here is what it looked like.
$69,570 MSRP -$2000 in rebates for conquest and being self employed -$6500 dealer discount _____________________ $61,070 negotiated price
residual was 59% of MSRP MF was marked up to .00161
36 months, 10k miles $1575 down. includes only bank fee, 1st month, DMV. $810/month payments, which breaks down to: $583 depreciation, $160 rent fee/interest, $67 tax. something along those lines.
judging from the payments, there is an extra $1000 buried somewhere in there. i don't know what for. maybe dealer fees? but i didn't really care because no other dealership or leasing company came even remotely close to these numbers. i'll just say that the dealer only discounted $5500 instead of their claimed $6500

Even at $5500 off, that is still about 8% off MSRP (before discounts). I couldn't get my dealer anywhere near that on a ordered 2018. I got about 5% off. Even with the marked up MF, it seems like you got a solid deal.

i had to call up several dealers around me to get any discounts. in the end i went with BMW of brooklyn in NYC. formally called life quality BMW. the other dealerships, mostly in long island, refused to work on the price in any capacity. oyster bay BMW was the worst. they laughed at me when i told them that I won't pay full retail.
anyway, it took me a month to get a decent deal. try dealerships further away. or try a leasing company.

Congrats! Looks like a solid deal - as you noted, a really big discount from sticker to trade off the slightly elevated MF.
I had 4 payment left of 600 on my 535. 3 waived And 1 absorbed
it's nice to see a manufacturer actually honor their pull-ahead programs. when I was getting my last car, a 2015 Audi A6, my dealer told me that they will definitely be able to get out of of "at least" 3 payments. well, they lied. they want the whole thing paid off no matter what car i upgraded to.
Looking to lease a 550 m any suggestions on what would be a good deal?
A few months ago, I was looking at the 550, and the dealers were very hesitant to sell with any significant discount. There were hardly any around, and they didn't want to use an allocation spot on a discounted car. This may have changed since, I'm not sure.
Between BMW being more willing to discount a 540, the better residual on the 540, and the 0 to 60 performance wasn't too shabby, I ordered a 540 instead.
My local dealer has a ton of 2017 540i's in inventory but only 1 2018. I'm looking to lease 36/10. Do you happen to know MF and residual for 2017 540i? Are there any suggestions on why I should/shouldn't consider the 2017 and instead opt for the 2018? Thanks!

I'm interested in the MF and Residuals for a 2018 530i X Drive, 36months/15K miles, and also 36/12. Are you aware of any incentives besides $500 from USAA? Do you think 7% off MSRP is fairly standard if I order a 2018? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm looking at a 2018 540i x with M sport and getting 8.25% off msrp. Residual is 58%. The Money factor is very high at .00191. What is the factor I should try to get?
MSRP is $69,410 with discounts and incentives adjusted selling price is 62,526 plus tax (6% in MD) and $660 in fees. Net price with tax is 68,056.

WAY too high. those numbers make no sense. and what do you mean by net price with tax? you are leasing, you only pay tax on the depreciation and interest, not the whole car.
i live in NYC, our sales tax is 8.875%, and i'm paying $834/month after $1630 down for a 2018 540i xdrive that has an MSRP of $72,000.

New program starts today. .00152 money factor. Residual is still 58% for 36/12. Your dealer is marking up the money factor the maximum amount. Lease taxes are high in MD. Taxed on full price of the vehicle. The money factor markup is adding $43/mo. to your deal.
