I don't see a loyalty credit on this model. (or any 2018 5-series)
    Just the $3000 lease credit.

    hello, i'm looking at an M550xi, $86K (with 995 dest/handling). For NY/LI - what's expected dealer discount other than year-end lease (2K) and loyalty (2K)? Also, please provide lease #s for 36m/12K year. I've heard .00152, 60%.
    Thanks!

What is the MF and related RV’s for 36/10, 36/12 and 36/15 in California for the 530e?

Is the mileage overage costs in all 3 scenarios $0.25 per mile?  If so, then each 1% drop in RV on a $60k msrp 530e equates to $600 which equates to 2,400 miles x 0.25 of overage charge  .... suggesting that if there is indeed a 1% delta in RV between the 36/10 and 36/12, you’re better off opting for the 36/10 even if you drive 12k+ miles per year?

    Your calculations are flawed.
    The difference between 10K/yr and 12K/yr is 6000 miles. That's $1500
    12K to 15K is 9000 miles. That's $2250.

Can I obtain December Numbers for a 36 month/12k on a 2018 550xi, M550i or 540xi? Also, what type of incentives can be offered if I am willing to purchase on the lot inventory on the last day of the year? Hoping my flexibility, (and credit), will yield a great deal on 12/31

Hoping to get a 540i later this month. What are the latest numbers for a 36/12 lease in California?

This is my first time learning about these numbers, so would any lease cash just be taken off the MSRP in addition to the holiday $1k voucher? Also what would be a target to shave off the MSRP?

I just signed a deal for a 550m. MSRP was 82k.  It was last day of the month and it was late. 36/15k lease. Sales tax was 6.875 percent.  I got it for 750 a month wth 3k drive off including everything.   I pick it up tomorrow.  What's your take on the deal.  I qualify for loyalty, fleet and holiday cash.
This is isn’t really a reproducible deal. You did a great job on a sought after car.

82k car, 58% residual, 0.00152 MF. 4K rebate. 1k Fleet. 3k drive off. Your dealer had to have sold you the car for 72160.

Given that there is a $2000 lease credit, that isn't a big discount. Shoot for 7% off sticker, before incentives.

Hey guys. Going to test drive a 530e loaner this morning. Based on above I think following is available and stackable.

lease credit :3k  (There is also federal
Credit of 4668. Is that applied agains negitiated price?)
holiday credit (is that same as lease credit?)
    loyalty : 2k
    corp/fleet:1k
    northeast event :1k
and if I take loaner: .25/mike taken off residual?

Am I correct in the above?
    Thanks

Can you let me know whether this is or isn't a good deal on a 5 series lease in NJ for three years and 36,000 total miles?

    MSRP: $66,400
    Holiday and loyalty: $4,000
    Net sale price: $56,640

Upfront payment (first month, state taxes, title/registration/documentation, bank acquisition fee): $4,120
    Monthly payment: $615

Also, any opinions on what charges are optimal to put into the upfront payment vs. capitalizing?

That looks like a good payment relative to MSRP, even if you amortize the $3500 extra over the lease term.
$1150 upfront and $699/mo. is the way I would structure it.

The MSRP doesn't change because it's a loaner; only the selling price is affected. And, the residual is adjusted down by $1190 for the miles.

$3000 lease credit, so the discount from sticker is almost 8% - that's good. I don't see any loyalty for the 2018 530e.

What is the adjusted cap cost, with the taxes and fees added in? What does the $1500 drive off include?

That is a good payment, relative to MSRP, but it would help to have all the details.

Hey guys. Going to test drive a 530e loaner this morning. Based on above I think following is available and stackable.

lease credit :3k  (There is also federal
Credit of 4668. Is that applied agains negitiated price?)
holiday credit (is that same as lease credit?)
    loyalty : 2k
    corp/fleet:1k
    northeast event :1k
and if I take loaner: .25/mike taken off residual?

Am I correct in the above?
    Thanks
The bank gets the Federal tax credit, not you. Lease credit and holiday credit are the same thing. I don't see any loyalty programs for the 5-series, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. No info on fleet or Northeast. Yes.. miles on a loaner reduce the residual by $0.25 each.
Thank you. I am being told at dealership that i cannot apply 1k OL code, Corp, or any of the program to the lease, as its a DEMO vehicle. How accurate is this info?
Don't have any information about those other incentives, and whether they will / won't apply to a demo. Check with a second dealer and see if you get a similar answer.

Looks like holiday and loyalty apply. Fleet/Corp and 1k NE does  not.

Can an you help looking over the numbers, note this was a
loaner not demo. It has 4760 miles.

    530e
msrp: 61685k (Since loaner car, is this what it’s based off?)
    selling: 53,878
    2k loyalty, 3k holiday for 530e
    36/12k

Getting 1500 out the door, 525 with NJ tax.

Can you help look over this?
The MSRP doesn't change because it's a loaner; only the selling price is affected. And, the residual is adjusted down by $1190 for the miles. $3000 lease credit, so the discount from sticker is almost 8% - that's good. I don't see any loyalty for the 2018 530e. What is the adjusted cap cost, with the taxes and fees added in? What does the $1500 drive off include? That is a good payment, relative to MSRP, but it would help to have all the details.
ok here is what I was able do gather:

    msrp: 61685
    adjusted cap cost  47652  52652 - 5000 (3k holiday and 2k loyalty)
    MF.00152
     Doc fee405
     DMV150
    Acquisition 925
    Residual 60% - 1200 for 4900 miles = 35921.

Deal on table 1500 @ signing, 525. Im coming up with 399. Help.

You're getting 15% off sticker, before incentives? Wow.

With those numbers and prices, I get $453/mo plus tax.

The only variables in a lease are the adjusted cap and the MF - I'd reconfirm both of those.

And, what does the $1500 due at signing cover?

I get $910/mo if I add everything into the selling prices.

The taxes hurt - that adds $115/mo to the payment

You could add the bank fee to the cap cost and make it part of the monthly payment. Your payment would increase to about $475-480/mo and drop your out of pocket to just the first payment.

What discount from sticker, before applying the incentives?

What does the drive off consist of? Too much up front cash for a lease, IMO
