Yes, round numbers usually isn't a good sign.

With that money factor, you'd need an adjusted CAP cost of about $50,800 to get that payment.
Considering tax is over $3000, it doesn't look like they are adding anything other than the money factor bump.

The base money factor would knock $18/mo. off the payment.

MSD program was discontinued over a year ago. But, we've had some folks report that it's come back, in limited geographic areas. No confirmation details, however.

New to this. What should I expect as a reasonable monthly payment for an MSRP of 60k. 2018 530e. Zip 95014. I met a few dealers and got quotes in the high $700s/mo (after tax) with about $2000 down. Does anyone have examples of what a good deal should be? I can get the corporate discount ($500). No loyalty.

We would need to know the selling price, the lease term and the miles per year in order to calculate a payment.

You should target 7% off MSRP, before incentives.

No.

Initially, BMW hiked the MF for July to .00187, but reversed course just a few days later.

If they are still trying to use that MF, then it's extra profit for the dealer. Tell them you want the base rate, or you walk.

Looking at a 530i xDrive, M Sport and Drivers Assistance with an MSRP of $64K. Offered price is $57.6K with a MF of 0.00186 in Virginia. Two questions. 1) I see others are getting 0.00161 for MF but dealer saying VA is 0.00186. Is that correct. 2) Thinking of pushing for $55K sale price... thoughts?

Tax rate is 7% on monthly.
Zero drive off I think...worksheet suggests that.

MF is marked up for sure.  I don't need Zero drive off..just 1st month and required fees.

Is 11% off good for the 530e?  Anything else seem off?

very good point however i would say that it is not money lost because if the car is stolen or total loss, you still need to pay your remaining lease payments plus the residual value of the vehicle either way. the insurance company is going to pay X amount of dollars for the total loss anyways (and that X dollars is not going to change based on what you owe) and you subtract that from the money you owe...
