They came down to 338 a month with nothing down just first month due at signing.

Seems like a reasonable deal. Did you take it?

I did1 I ended up getting it for $311 a month with my trade in which took another almost $1000 off the price!

Was recently quoted MSRP $30274 for a 2017 Grand Touring lease for 10k / year and 3 years. They wanted a monthly payment of 398.44. My hand calcs show it to be a little higher. They said it was based on 56% residual / .00081 money factor.

1) Is this a good deal? Lease is in 02891
2) What are the residuals and money factors for that zip code and model that you guys have for the area?
3) What are the residuals / money factors for a 2018 model? Wondering if it would be a better deal if I waited for those

Yes, courtesy cars are eligible for leasing, though there may be an adjustment to the residual for the miles on the car in question.
