I went to Pepe Infiniti in White Plains. They didn't have the car, so I had to wait almost two weeks. Just go to the dealer that offers you the best price. If they don't have the car, they will get it for you. I'm in Queens and took a long trip to White Plains because they offered me the best deal.

I don't have the papers with me now, but I'm pretty sure the sale price was $36809, and the MSRP was $43040. The deal ended up being $2650 below invoice.

I'm lookin' to lease 2011 G37x with Premium and Sports package. Lookin' at 12k and 36 month leases - unless it's better to go for 39 mo. lease.

Could someone please help me with the best money factor with max multiple security deposits and residuals. Please.

    Thanks.

I am being quoted $450 per month tax included
G37 sport with premium and navigation and wood trim.
    39 months x 12k per year
$483 upfront which is including 1st month payment.

Any thoughts from anyone on this deal ?

wow...thats pretty good. I'm looking to lease one this week with Nav and Prem...but if i could get Sport as well at that price, I'd be thrilled!!

Where are you located? which dealership?
  • glesgabhoyglesgabhoy Member Posts: 9
Located in Atlanta. 2 dealers are offering this deal.

I'm working with Dayton and Cincinnati. Called Both Cleveland dealerships and they are a bit high even though my American Express car buying quoted me for Cleveland dealerships they did not honor amounts until I pressed the issue. Somehow they were still higher payments. Thinking about going with Dayton. Very easy to work with.

Drive both, but I loved the 37 and I felt like id kick myself for getting the 25 as the lease prices are not much higher and it has navigation.

Funny.... I have friends in Cincinnati that go out of town for Infinitis, because they can't deal with the dealership here.... lol...

Anyone familiar with the vpp program know if you can use MSDs with it? Also is there any negotiating strategy for getting some maintenance thrown in even when using vpp? Thanks!
  • nxtcarmannxtcarman Member Posts: 12
I decided to go with the G37 after taking a drive in the 25. The 25 seems like it would be enough, but the 3.7 really makes the car.

I'm working with Infiniti of Bedford on my G37. I told them about the MSD's and they were able to get me an even better deal than what you have. It has been pretty easy working with them so far.

    Here are their numbers:

39 mo. lease with 10k with my northeast ohio tax (6.5%) included
Selling: $38,206 ($4,784 off - this seems pretty good to me)

38 additional payments of $389.90 and using the MSD's of $4,050 gives me a total out of pocket to start of $4,839.55

I don't know what the residual or money factor is but don't really care either.

This deal is even better than yours. I think I'm going to go with it. I just want to be done with this before the end of the year. What do you think?
  • nxtcarmannxtcarman Member Posts: 12
I was quoted the following on a G37x with moonroof, navigation, premium package, upgraded rims and the maple wood. Is anybody having a hard time finding the maple wood? The dealer said there aren't very many out there.

    MSRP: $42,990
    Invoice: $39,856
    Selling: $38,206

I looked on edmunds and truecar and this price seems good. Anything left to negotiate on this?
  • smshep85smshep85 Member Posts: 6
American Express pricing for the car is $38,100 no questions asked, which should bring that down a few more dollars if they are willing to go to $1,000 below invoice. I have an appointment with Dayton after I return from the holiday vacation and will try to get the same deal.

I am a bit more complicated because I have a trade, but the amount offered by Bedford was pretty decent. If Dayton can match I will buy from them as I'd rather not drive 3.5 hours to Cleveland.

I didn't get into it, but the salesman said they might have a little bit of room left to move on the car, but that they are pretty much all in. I'm thinking that means another $100 shouldn't be a problem. We'll see.
  • nxtcarmannxtcarman Member Posts: 12
Just got off of the phone with Infiniti of Bedford. They said that they will take another $207 off the price and sell a loaded G37 with $42,990 MSRP for $37,999. They just seem like they want to move their cars before the end of the year and use the holiday cash. The salesman has been really easy to work with all along there.

It looks like it might be time get off these forums and in the car!

Agreed! Will call Dayton, hopefully they will match or I'll be driving up to see the family and get one from Cleveland.

Thanks a lot, enjoy your new car! (you know it was an awesome deal)

If you don't mind, post your final numbers please.

As we approach the end of the year, Infiniti dealers really want to move as many cars as possible. As a result some dealers are offering employee price, also known as VPP. For the G37 Sedan it means $2750 bellow invoice. So get the MSRP and the Invoice price from edmunds.com including all the options you want and subtract $2750 to the Invoice price, this should be your target price. You might have to push for it, but you can get it. I'm in NYC and I got quotes from Infiniti of Massapequa, Atlantic Infiniti, and Pepe Infiniti. These dealers offered me VPP. Shop, shop, shop.
Remember, target to get $2750 below invoice

Made my decision to go with the G37. Nick from Infiniti of Bedford made everything really easy and had the car waiting for me when I got there. I did the credit app over the phone and the paperwork was waiting - in and out within an hour. I hate being at dealership so it was nice to work all of this over the phone and just be done with it.

    Final Numbers:
    MSRP: $42,990
    Invoice: $39,856
    Selling: $36,200

Managed to get $3,656 off the invoice price. They said something about having to hit a sales target. It doesn't matter to me - I'm just happy I got a good deal.

    Thanks everyone for your help.

I am in the market to lease a G37 sedan after seeing Infiniti's current promotion -

    $359 /month Lease for 39 months
    $2,499 initial payment
2011 G37 Sedan Journey RWD with Premium Package

I am unable to locate the number of miles allowed for this lease. How many miles does this lease allow? I am guessing 10k/yr. Also, what does Infiniti figure as the price to calculate the lease? I've looked through all of the posts stating that dealers are being aggressive on pricing to move the cars, but I have only Monday to work a deal. I am trying to understand how much room I truly have to negotiate a deal. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Don't waste time here to find the number.. You won't find it unless you are extremely lucky and someone from your area just did a deal and posted his result here.. All price are local.. Someone else experience in LA is not going to help you unless you live in LA too.. The best way to find the info is to just going ahead and send a email to all the infiniti dealer within 100 miles of where you live and see what respond you get.. Also try to see what price is being offered by www.zag.com and www.carsdirect.com. They should give you a sense of where to start the negotiation.

Chiko: I am located about 5 hours from Atlanta and would definitely head up there to pick up a G37 for that kind of price. How would I initiate contact from dealers outside of my local area on Zag.com? Would I "Drive Your Dream" ?

Call Infiniti of South Atlanta and tell them you got an email from them offering you employee price. Get the number from the website. Dealers don't care where you are located. I actually got the email. Good luck
  • chikochiko Member Posts: 25
Target to get $1750 bellow invoice for the coupe, with the options you have, current rates, and paying taxes and fees up front, the monthly payments should be about $370. Good luck.
  • acurainfinitiacurainfiniti Member Posts: 2
    Hi Chiko,

    Thanks for your reply.

Can I ask how you can calculate monthly payment $370?

Since this will be my first lease in my life, I actually do not know how to calculate monthly payment.

I want to renegotiate the monthly payment tomorrow.

    Thanks
  • griznutsgriznuts Member Posts: 4
Thanks Chiko. I have actually corresponded via email with the Sales Manager tonight and he indicated that VPP pricing is 1250 below invoice while his Zag pricing is 1500 below. I appreciate your assistance.

First off this forum has been the best source of info out there so thanks everyone for the posts.

I am looking at a 2011 g37 coupe journey w/ prem. For a couple days I have been going back and forth with dealer in Orlando and here is what they are giving me.

$0 down $440/mo plus tax for 39 months and 12,000 miles per year has a Money Factor of .00172 and a residual of 64% which will be $26,976. The final selling price of this coupe (MSRP $42,150) is $37,050

I am waiting to see the incentives for January.

    Thoughts?
    Thanks

Here's the information that you're looking for, brit67. Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2011 G37X AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00133 and 61%, respectively.

Hi 4ml. IFS' normal buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 G37X Sedan Premium with 12,000 miles per year are .00125 and 64%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00133 and 63%.

I believe that you can lower these money factors by .00010 for each additional security deposit you make.

Just to give a final update. With some more dealing I just pulled the trigger on the car I described in my last post. The final selling price was 36800... got 36 mo 12k/yr 449/mo tax included (7%) w/ $0 down.

    Hope this info helps.

    Chiko,

Are dealers still doing employee pricing in the new year? And do you know what the incentives are for January, both consumer and dealer?

    Thanks!
  • smithkk19smithkk19 Member Posts: 1
I've been reading about these great monthly rates....chiko, you seem to know a lot. I feel like my dealer is screwing me over!

I have an 08 Infiniti g35x, current payment $629/month with 20k miles a year. Buyout cost is around $21,500 (residual value??). Cost on lease paperwork was around $39k (found in my glovebox of all places) with nav and prem packages. Put $1000 down plus first month etc. back in 08. 39 months.

I'm looking at a 2011 g37x also with nav and prem. Based on some of the posts I've seen, is VPP pricing still happening this month? Edmunds is stating the MSRP is $41,875 Invoice $38,521. So I should be asking for $2750 off this price? My dealer quoted me 18k miles/year, 39 months, $0 down, and a monthly payment of $599. Seems awfully high compared to some of these other monthly payments being discussed. Is this reasonable?

    Thanks everyone for your help!!

I am new to leasing in Northern Calif. Looking to lease an Infiniti G37 Convertible, 6 speed with sports package. Dealer quote for a 39 month lease, 10K mi./yr. 1.94 money factor, is $629.88 per mo. plus tax. $1,355.89 drive-off. Sales guy didn't write what the price was that the figures were based on, but I think he said about $45,000. I'm not sure if this is a good deal or not. My objective is to get my monthly payments as low as possible. Although I'm not anxious to put a lot down, it's not a problem if it helps lower my payments significantly. 1) What money factor is reasonable? 2) Will I pay more if the mileage allowance is higher (I only drive 7-8,000 mi./yr.? 3) How much lower, if any, should I expect the deal be if I go to a 48 mo. or 60 mo. lease? I tend to keep my cars for quite a few years.

Any help would be great! Thanks
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
I certainly do fjf1. In January Infiniti is providing 0.9% financing for up to 3 years, 2.9% for 4 to 5 years, and 3.9% for 6 years or $1,000 dealer cash or a special lease program on the 2011 G37 Sedan.

There is $1,000 loyalty cash on this car, but only on leases.

Hi rsilverkrok. The money factor that you were quoted for this car looks about right.

You should be able to lease an Infiniti with only 10,000 miles per year. I don't think that IFS has lower mileage allowances than that.

You definitely don't want to do a 60 month lease, but I would be happy to work up a 48 month lease payment on this car for you if you provide me with its full MSRP and dealer invoice price.

    Dear Carman,

I live in northern New Jersey and due to the fact the lease on my 2007 G35x was about done, I decided to lease a 2011 G37x w/ premium and navigation packages at the end of December. Please let me know your opinion on whether I received a good deal or not. Here are the details of my lease:

    MSRP: $41,890
    Invoice: $38,500
    Residual: 61%
    Money Factor: 0.00179
Terms: 39 months/15,000 miles per year

    Selling Price: $37,427.90
Money Due at Lease Signing: $1500 ($373.42 cap reduction, $428.15 first payment, $381.70 registration fees. $20.23 sales tax paid in advance, $289.00 document fee, $7.50 NJ tire fee)
    Rebates: $1000 loyalty rebate
Money Added to Lease: $1771.86 ($1176.86 NJ up-front sales tax + $595 registration fee)

    Monthly Payment= $428.15

I thought at first that I received a really good deal, but after looking at this forum, it appears that a lot of people were getting like $3000 below invoice. I don't see how that is possible, as I had to really negotiate to get the price I got. Also, is it better that I did the lease in December, or do you think it would have been more advantageous for me to have waited till this month? I look forward to your response. Thanks.

First of all, thank you for the forum and anyone post here.

    I am looking at a 2011 G37 S 6MT within a month. I am in South CA

    I got a deal from a dealer:
    driver off $1,040, payments will be 38 x $408 + tax w/ 15k miles

I want to know if this is a good deal or what can be better , I would like to get a idea before negotiate with the sales

    Thank you in advance.

I was wondering if anyone who has gotten a good deal on this car can share how they were able to get such a good sale price? I have a quote for $3k below MSRP and I see that others are able to get $4k + under MSRP. If I were able to get $4k under, I would definitely make the deal. Any advice?? Thanks in advance.

    Hi everyone:

Anyone know the current buy rate money factor and residual on a G37x lease for 3 years 15,000 miles per year? Thanks!
  • shunx91shunx91 Member Posts: 4
    1. In the last few posts a few people mentioned that people are getting $3000-4000 below invoice, can anyone tell me how they're getting these deals?

    2. 2011 is the 5th year that this particular G37 has been out, is there a new one coming out in a few months? If so is it worth the wait?

    3. The residual on the G37s are between 60-65%, which is pretty high. I cannot find any other cars in the same class with such a high residual. Everything else seem to be at around 50%. Is this number inflated by Infiniti to push sales? Can we expect the same residual value on the new G37s when they come out later this year?
  • 4ml4ml Member Posts: 10
Thanks Car_man. I've finally got the price I was looking for with one of the dealers in the Nor Cal. Maybe you can advise me if it's a good price. I haven't mentioned to the dealer about the lease - right now they don't know if I'll lease it or buy it.

If you could help me out with the the final numbers - that will be great.

    MSRP 40,825
    Selling 35,292
    Acquisition Fee - 595
    Sales Tax 7.1%
    Lease length 36 months
    Mileage - 12k

    Thanks again.
