Hello tortez. Infiniti Financial Services' April buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 G37 Sedan Journey with 10,000 miles per year are .00116 and 62%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00129 and 61%.

Hi ozmoses. It;s difficult to evaluate this deal without knowing what this car's MSRP is. The MSRP will show me how much of a dealer discount you are being given.

For now I can tell you that Infiniti Financial Services' April 39 month buy rate lease money factor for this car is .00149.

    Hello, Car_Man.
I always appreciate your effort to keep us updated.
Could you please let me know MF and residual values for 2011 37 Coupe Journey RWD with 10k/year for 24, 36, and 39 months terms?

    Thanks a lot.

Looking to lease a 2011 G37x Coupe AWD w/ the premium package. 39mo 10k/year. Does anyone know of the April lease incentives and/or the current MF/residual? Thanks in advance!
  • rosenkreuzrosenkreuz Member Posts: 6
Hi, I was offered this lease deal and wanted to see if it's a decent deal.

G37 Coupe RWD w/ premium pkg
    MSRP 42,075
    Invoice 38,740
    selling price 37,740

    Doc Fee $45
    total cap cost $37,785

    tax $58.01
    License $521
    Gov. Fee $8.75
    bank fee $595

I am unaware of the MF and residual for 10k/year for 24 or 36months. So I wasn't able to do the calculation myself but the dealer said

36 months 10,000 miles $383.10, with tax $421.45 with $1,603.21 due on delivery.
24 months 10,000 miles $387.45, with tax $426.71 with $1,604.49 due on delivery.

I was going for 2000 off the invoice because that's what truecar.com showed me but he mentioned that there is a $1,000 retail dealer core cash on the G37 coupe is how you get the $2,000 under invoice but on a lease there is no incentives. Is this true? What's the loyalty cash that people are getting?

    Thanks.

    Carman,

Have a question on the mf and residual for 12K and 15K over 36 months to compare to what I was quoted today. It's a G37X Sedan with sport, premium, nav, alarm and illum kick plates.

    MSRP - 44,600
    Offer - 40,564
    mf - .001479
    residual of 27,097/26,223 for 12K/15K

    Don't have the invoice yet.

    Thanks.
  • lkdlidlkdlid Member Posts: 2
Sorry the information I requested was for 39 months not 36 (the quote was for 39).

    Thanks.

I have been negotiating with a local dealer and here is where we stand:

'11 G37x with Premium, Nav, Sport and Splash Guards

    39m/12k per year

$1,565 due at delivery (before $1,000 owner loyalty)

    MSRP: $42,845
    Cap: $39,887
    Tax: 7.775%

Payments coming in at $489.21 with Money Factor .00169 and Residual of 62%

I am seeing on http://www.ridewithg.com/index.php/2011/04/2011-infiniti-lease-rates-april-2011/- that Money Factor should be .00138 and Residual should be 63% for April

I believe the Cap is correct and a good deal, but I feel the money factor and residual are high.

    Thoughts?

    THANK YOU!!

$1557 due at signing, includes first month, bank fee, doc fee, reg, taxes on doc and bank fee. $120 cap reduction to get my payment to a certain number.

    $368 a month.

How did I do on my first Infiniti?

    Thanks

I just closed the deal on my lease
Thanks for all the help on the board...helped me figure out a ballpark of where I should be. The first dealer wanted 3500 down and $510 a month and wouldn't budge

    Finally got a37x sedan

liquid platinum on graphite with premium, navi, illuminated door sill, maple interior wood accents, splash guard, first aid with trunk package and tire package

$1000 down to include 1st payment and then $419 a month

    39 months 12k miles a year

best deal I could find and my girl was getting antsy

how did I do? had to go all the way to Chicago to get this one...Berman's Infiniti ...sales rep was Ross. Real nice guy and very helpful every step of the way

Best of luck to the rest of you

    Just got:

    G37x AWD Coupe
    Red
    Premium
    Navigation
    mud guards
    lit kickplate

    MSRP $46,241
    39mo
    10K/year

    zero down; sign & drive

    455/mo + tax @ 500/month =500/month (took one month of old lease @ 770)

    good/bad?
  • chadwick218chadwick218 Member Posts: 7
On the whole, the deal seems fair. Assuming a MF of 0.00157 and adding $770 in pre-exisitng lease amounts owed, it would appear as though you were able to negotiate 8.0% discount off of MSRP (assuming my caclulations are correct).

On the whole, this doesn't appear to be a bad deal. Personally, I am a little averse to leasing anything over 24-27 months. I've seen some deals where people in effect took 9-11% off of MSRP, which may have dropped your monthly payment from $455 from anywhere between $15/month and $40/month. Were you able to take advantage of the $1,000 Cap Cost Loyalty Discount?
  • chadwick218chadwick218 Member Posts: 7
    karter9977,

I worked through the numbers and this appears to be a fantastic deal (almost too good to be true). I take it that the $368 payment amount includes taxes, or no?

I am looking for a similar 24 month lease, albeit at 15,000 miles a year so I am hoping for a 72% residual. Would you mind sharing the dealer name and city?
  • karter9977karter9977 Member Posts: 37
    Chadwick218

I actually switched my deal to 12,000 miles at the last minute which changed the payment to 387 including tax with 1577 total due at signing.

I went through Truecar.com (instantly took the price down to $40,997 or so then i negotiated it to 40,500. Give truecar a shot, you build the car then they give you the best local price and then it shows you the dealer in your area that will give you that price. 15,000 miles a year would probably bring it upto around 420 or so including tax (6% for me)

Let me know how you make out.
  • chadwick218chadwick218 Member Posts: 7
Yeah, that is the only problem with the IPL right now, IMO.

24 months at 15 is 67% and 70% at 10k. Money factor is 0.00160 (actually, I think that it may be 0.00157 assumign no MSDs), the same as the G37.

I'm looking for a 24-month lease and would really love to go with the IPL over the G37, but all else equal, the IPL ends up being $114 per month more expensive than it otherwise would be using the G37 residuals.

This is why many dealers are finding IPLs piling up on their lots and as of right now, I haven't found a dealer willing to discount the IPL from MSRP more than 12% (including all other incentives).

    Hi Carman,

I was wondering if you can provide April lease rate for G37X Coupe with 12K miles for 36months and 39months?

And how did tsunami in Japan affected Infiniti? Because I went to a dealer and the dealer kept trying to convince me to get the car at almost $1500 over the TMV on edmunds.

Also, Is there any other incentives that I should be aware of?

    Thank you!

Also are there any tax rebates for Texas ? Thanks.
  • sewellgsmsewellgsm Member Posts: 775
Buy Rates range from .00061 to .00480 depending on Credit and Terms (the shorter the lease the better the money factor). There are 6 terms and 5 credit tiers so there are 30 different money factors.

There are no sales tax credits right now.

There is no dealer cash on the lease right now.

There is $1000 Loyalty Rebate IF you own an Infiniti.

    Hope this helps! :)

Car man--- I posted a few months ago, but now I'm ready. Trying to decide between the coupe and the convertible. I'm ending a lease on the G37 coupe RWD. What are the current residual values and money factors for the coupe AWD or the convertible with premium, but no navi for 39 months and 15,000 miles? I've been working with a leasing broker and have been quoted a price of 477 for the coupe and 631 for the convertible. Is this a good deal?

You won't find RWD coupes or sedans in the northeast. Infiniti thinks that no one around here can drive RWD in the snow or colder climates and doesn't ship them here except for on special order. You can get them, they are just rare. If you really want one, look for something south of DC and plan on a road trip. You could also expand your search to try to find one that is sitting on the lot, or have your dealer order one for you.
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
Hi roulette2629. If I am not mistaken, the $1,000 dealer cash is compatible with Infiniti's special 0.9% to 3.9% conventional financing offer (and purchase of course), but not its special lease program.

Unfortunately, alansufi, we likely will be seeing a shortage of a number of Japanese vehicles in the coming months. The tragic earthquake in Japan has damaged the factories of a number of automakers and parts suppliers as well as caused electricity shortages in the country. As a result, production of a number of models has been either limited or halted altogether. Now definitely is not a good time to buy a new vehicle.

Hi everyone, I just leased a G37x with prem, sport, navi with 12k miles per year.

Sale price was 44,200, MSRP was 48k.
    Residual 63%

I worked a lease with first month plus fees, no cap cost reduction.

I did maximum (9) sec deposits to buy down the money factor from .00121 to .00056.

My monthly payment including use tax is about $430

I think I got a good deal......what do you all think

Alansufi, Infinifi Financial Services' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 G37 Coupe AWD with 12,000 miles per year are .00120 and 64%.
