Hello and thanks for all of the info in this forum. I am looking to get the S5 sportback. This will be my first audi. I am targeting a lease and any advice on how to best negotiate it, is appreciated. I am in NH and was wondering what the money factor and residual value look like for 03052. I am a little confused as the dealer has told me:

The residual on a premium plus on a 15k miles per year lease is 58% of MSRP. The money factor is variable based on credit, but you could expect it to be somewhere between .00195 and .00280.

The info in the forum seems to suggest slightly better MF and RV. Could you tell me what you are seeing for MF and RV? what gets adjust if I did 12k miles per year instead of 15K?

The dealer has also told me that the RV on the prestige line is roughly 4% less than premium plus. Let me know if that makes sense to you.

Dealers can mark up the rate for extra profit, regardless of credit score (and, most will usually attempt to).

Here is the quote that I got from a dealer today on an S5 sportback.

On the one, MSRP $65,205 with 15,000 miles per year including Audi Care it would be $784/month with $2,500 due at signing.

Please let me know your thoughts on this. They told me the money factor was .00214 but that seemed high. I generally thought that hi 700's was a decent deal.

And, if the dealer doesn't want to share it, that may tell you it's time to find another dealer.

No.. the $2000 should be in addition to any discount.

That quote seems very high. What is the MSRP?

The $2000 recall credit cannot be combined with the $1000 loyalty. It's one or the other.
But, it should be valid with other incentives.
