My calculations show payment should be closer to 575/mo. Does this look correct? Seems like a high payment for 48 months and $42k car. Thanks for the help.

    Looks about right. Best quote I just got on the same trim was $377/mo with $0 down and just 1st payment due at signing.

    MSRP $37,417 - Online Lease Price $31,417 - Price With The 2 $500 Rebates $30,417 (college grad and 1st responder)

    My doc fee is lower, but taxes are probably higher since I have to pay tax on both the sales price and then still on the monthly.

    Hi...I’m in Dallas TX.  I got quoted 54 and 56 residual and a rate of .00100 or 2.4 😳. I’ll let you all know if they give it to me tomorrow.  So I do know that if you go through your own financing for lease the company’s will be in the 40’s.  VW does not keep value historically BUT if you use VW they can play with numbers.  Remember the finance guy can inflate interest rate to keep money for dealership.  I was quoted about 4% the same day by another dealer...told him about the 2.4 and he said they can match if that was truly offered.  Also, they can play with residual I believe IF financing through VW.  I’ll check back in later...
    ****this was all for 36 month and 12k/15k mileage
