Any info on 2019 models yet? My dealer called me this morning to say they began full production of the 2019s, and will be delivering in 4 weeks.

I have been cautiously waiting on a 2019, as I know going from the 2017 to 2018 models, the residual dropped like 6% to start and MF shot up. It's already low residual, so I'm hoping it is higher than 2018 was starting off.

The 36 month lease for 12K miles with $500 down payment is coming to $771.02

Few questions:
1. Is the $771.02 the correct amount? Feels a little too high
2. What is "Customer Cash"?
3. What is the difference between "drive off" and "down payment"?


The above quote was given before July 5. Are the new rates in? Is it better than what I have been offered?

1) Can't calculate the lease payment without the adjusted CAP cost. Your itemized list is for a purchase, as WA taxes the monthly payment, not upfront.
2) That's the amount of the check you write at lease signing
3) Drive off is the total of your check + the rebate

How do I get this "adjusted CAP Cost"? There is only 1 field in the info that they gave me which states "Cap cost: $49,388.00".

If I need to call them up and ask, what exactly should I ask?

Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost. That's the sale price (what they list as CAP cost), plus any fees not paid upfront, minus any CAP reduction from rebates or downpayment. It's equivalent to the "amount financed" on a loan.

Tell them you don't need any numbers unrelated to a lease deal (like that sales tax number).
You also want to know the money factor used.

Thanks for the info. I checked with them today morning and they said the following:

Adjusted CAP cost: $49,388 <-- They said this is the amount against which the lease is calculated.
Money factor: Did not disclose.</p>

I get $744/mo plus tax with the MSRP and Adjusted CAP provided.

This is with $4500 out of pocket from you? In addition to the $2000 lease credit?

Here is the latest I got from them:

-> Out of pocket from me to take the car: $5000 (the downpayment)
-> Monthly rate inclusive of taxes is $771.


As for the information you provided - .00187 MF, is this the new July rates? Or was it the value that the deal I was given calculated with?

I’m still in the market for a m240. Couldn’t get an allocation for a new build. Could you please provide July numbers for m240..MF & RV for 36 month/12K lease?
