Total Fees: $1,055 ($595 acquisition, $80 doc, ~$380 license/reg)
Adj. Capitalized Cost: $24,249

Total Lease Payment including Taxes: $242.04 (using 9.25% sales tax)

Does the dealer know you are planning to lease? It's possible they gave you a price based on purchase incentives that wouldn't apply.

There is more that goes into the Tier than just the raw credit score. It's possible that you landed in a lower credit tier. (just a guess)

Looking for a Black Edition (in white). Lowest I can get them to go without losing Subaru's financing is $27547.

I can't answer for the .00260 quote..

The last part sounds like BS to me. It's exactly .00050 over the base rate.. which is the max markup.

Rough quote I got from one dealer was 31776 sale price /$1k out of pocket / $430 per month which I know is trash but it's the first number they gave me.

Another is saying about the same: $32,531 sale price / $6k out of pocket (I know) / $275 per month, which equates to the same $430 per month when $6k is dropped to $1k to match the other.

I'm guessing dealership #2 is going to be the best offer in the end, and that their mf is 0.0021. Is my math right?

My current quote based on 3k down is for 334/Month on a $26,908 sale price for $28,805 MSRP vehicle. When I calculate it myself based on the numbers you gave me I am getting about $242/Month. Are they really that far off or am I doing something wrong? (Depr Fee: 216, Fin Fee: 10, Tax: $15)

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost for their payment quote; likely higher than the selling price. If so, have them itemize the differences.

And, could also be that some of the $3000 is used for up front costs (dealer fee, acquisition fee, etc.). Get an itemization of that, as well.

I'd like to see the range here, also curious how the mileage changes things and if it makes sense to get 10k and pay any overages or just go for 15k and not worry about it.
