    They don't affect the lease variables.

    Of course, if you add alloy wheels at the dealer, you'll pay that full cost. Those don't get residualized.

    What would the MF and RV for  Forrester 2.5i Premium, Limited and 2.0XT Premium for 20k miles/ year in 36 month lease in NY 10562? Any special deals as the 2019 model will be coming out in Oct?

    15K/yr is the highest allowance we have residuals for
    36/15
    Premium: .00045 MF and 57% residual
    Limited: .00020 MF and 57% residual
    XT Prem: .00055 MF and 60% residual

    There is always a new model coming out, next year.. Don't think that will have any effect on deals in May.

    Hi there! Where do you get your numbers from? I need ammo going to the dealership, here's what they quoted me on a Premium XT:
    MSRP: $31,180
    Sale Price: $28,918 (7% discount)
    RV: $19,643 (63%)
    Monthly Pmt: $369.34 (includes 6% PA sales tax)
    Looks like the money factor is 0.0019 which seems really high looking at your numbers above. Thanks in advance!
