You have to add the acquisition fee and dealer doc fee, at the very least.

The dealer should be able to give you that number.

If I add the $595 acquisition fee to the CAP cost, I get $301/mo.+tax, or about $328/mo.

So, there is something more added, or they are marking up the money factor (.00105 is as high as they can go)
Asking for the adjusted CAP cost and money factor used would clear that up.

I think you can do $30-$40 per month better.
