    Was hoping to ask a couple questions and thanks in advance for any info:

    1. MF and RV for a 36/10 lease on a 2018 Subaru Forester Limited in CT and if any incentives?
    2. Are September numbers known yet and/or when do they usually become available for viewing here and also applicable at the dealerships (ie, do they go into effect right away on 9/1?)
    3. Is Vin Etching required by Subaru for leases?

    The maximum markup allowed is .00050 - the dealer is trying to make some extra profit.

    I do live in Chicago proper (60660). It's 12,000 miles per year. It's actually $2000 out the door. $1364 is the down payment portion and the other $636 is first payment/taxes/fees. I don't have an adjusted CAP from them, but based on the numbers I do have, it looks like it would be $31,836 (Gross capitalized cost - down payment). Gross capitalized cost is $33,200 (Fees + final negotiated price). Hope that helps!

    You'll be paying both state and city tax on the lease.

    IL taxes the sum of the payments, and collects the money up front. You can add it to the CAP cost if you want.

    The city taxes the monthly payment, on top of that.

    They may be marking up the MF (max allowed is .00050 over base, or .00065)
