I think those incentives are mutually exclusive. You either get the $3250 lease cash rebate, or the dealer gets a $3000 incentive. (I think)

Either way, the 2nd one is Ford to dealer cash, it's their money. Of course, if that were the case, you'd expect a lower selling price.
