Is it common for the dealership to increase the money factor from what's being provided on this forum? If so by how much? e.g. Per this forum, the model I'm looking at has a MF of .10% APR and the dealer has said they mark this up 2.25%.

I wouldn't say it's common for Ford, but it's more likely with more expensive vehicles.
Your job is to say no, or find another dealer.

Also, dealer does not want to lease as they have been pushing us to buy. Even with the zero APR over $700 dollars a month for a ford is crazy.

That lease payment is a lot lower than the numbers you've provided would suggest.
About $645 mo, once you amortize the $11K upfront. (not counting tax)

Seems reasonable.

Stumbled across this forum as I'm in the market to lease a 2018 Ford Expedition 4x4 Limited (zip code of 54913).

Trying to understand what is being requested/listed. I understand the residual percents and the terms/miles. However, are the rates (i.e. - 0.10% APR) the best current rates you could get given excellent credit?

For instance, I have excellent credit but I was just offered a lease with a rate of 1.45%. I keep seeing APRs of less than 0.5% on here the last couple months so I feel like I'm missing something.

Any help would be appreciated!

Looks like your dealer is taking a 1% markup

Thanks. I met with a dealer today who insisted it's 1.1%, .000458. Straight from Ford, no markup at all and this was without running credit or even discussing it. Trying another dealer and I'm pretty interested in what number they're going to throw out.

Once I negotiate the final price for the vehicle with various dealer and manufacturer discounts/rebates applied, is it typical to also get them to apply lease cash on top of such discounts/rebates to the lease deal?

The lease cash is a customer incentive, and will show up on the paperwork as a cap reduction (aka down payment). This is after you've negotiated your best price with the dealer.

I got a 2018 Ford Expedition Max Limited 4x4 with a MSRP of $75,680, 36 month term with 12,000 miles per year for no money down and a final lease payment (with taxes) of $731.01. $5500 of rebates were used. My zip code is 54913.

I think it's a decent deal.

Regardless of where you live, we do not advise putting $4K down on a lease.
