Just sharing a deal I finalized last weekend (these forums are a lot more useful if people come back and share their deals. Just saying... sharing is caring )

MSRP $61,725
Sales price $57,532 with Audi Care included (so $56,663 if you price the Audi Care separately - this is roughly $2,000 below invoice in line with the $2,000 dealer allowance in my area).
MF: 0.00144 (I put 4x MSD to bring down the payment to my target, base rate is 0.00164)
Residual: 36/10 = 60% plus 1% with Audi Care
Cap price: $55,782 (sales price - SOA rebate - loyalty rebate: 57,532 - 750 - 1,000)
Monthly payment: $638.15 + sales tax 60.62 = $698.77
Drive off: $5,308 (MSD + 1st month payment + acquisition + sales tax on rebate applied towards cap reduction + doc fee + DMV + misc state fees: $2,800 + 698.77 + 895 + 166.25 + 80 + 630 + 38.75

The effective annual yield on my MSD is 8.77% (saved $20.50 per month) which is better than any 36 months CD rate you can get anywhere.

The monthly payment before tax is 1.03% of the MSRP, which I think is pretty good. I think the rough standard on "killer deal" is anything below 1% of MSRP so I got pretty close.

No one can tell you if this is a good offer unless you can state what's is the sales price and what is the cap cost. Just look at my post above yours... I'm in SoCal too. Use the info I provided and negotiate accordingly. For sure I wouldn't put $2,500 cap reduction.
