I was at a dealer today expecting $2000 dealer market allowance + $750 SOA + $1000 Loyalty = $3,750 but the dealer was only give me $2250 (which includes dealer market, SOA, and loyalty).

Can you also give me the calculations to the following?

I'll answer your last question first:

"Give me the base MF, or I'll find another dealer who will"

With the prices given, I get a payment of $567/mo (using the $2250 in incentives)

The market allowance is a dealer incentive; they are not obligated to share all of it with you. Negotiate your price knowing about the $2000.

MF - 0.00180 or 0.00182 (i don't recall the exact mf but it's around there)

Down: $2697 (first months payment + fees/taxes)
Payment - $647 + tax

I know MF is marked a little bit but I'm getting about 11% off MSRP to maybe compensate for that?

Yes, that is a decent discount, but it is the end of the year, and dealers are trying to move the remaining 2018's. Why not push for more of a discount?

The $57K supposedly includes the market allowance but not SOA/Loyalty since on the paper rebates allocate for $2250 in additional deduction. The paper I received said money factor was 0.00181 for some reason.
