    Is $57K the adjusted CAP, after deducting the rebates? If so, the payment looks about right.
    But, I don't think the money factor is marked up. I get the $647/mo.+tax with .00164.

    It's a decent deal.
    The $57K supposedly includes the market allowance but not SOA/Loyalty since on the paper rebates allocate for $2250 in additional deduction. The paper I received said money factor was 0.00181 for some reason.
    If I take 11% off MSRP, I can't get down to $57000, without including the rebates.

    All of the calculations mean very little, if we can't ascertain the actual price you are working with.

    $4700 upfront seems like a lot for the items you list. I'll guess the price of your "free" AudiCare is in there somewhere.

    How about P+Prestige MF/RV/incentives 36/12 for 45213 (Cincinnati Ohio)? If a market allowance, is Audi loyalty separate/stackable? With any of that stacked, any limitation on MSDs?

    Hi, 

    36/10 premium plus for both 2018 and 2019 if they are different.  94706. Dealer quoted MF was almost double what I'm seeing here, can't be right.

    In process of negotiating with several dealers. Leased several Audi's over the years and know the game fairly well. Here are my options, all 2018 SQ5 Prestige MSRP's around $67k. 58% residual, 59% if add Audi Care, MF range from 0.00193-0.00236. This seems high to me and none of dealers will budge any further on it. Probably because they all giving 12-13% off MSRP.
    Payments range from $780-$880 with first month, reg. costs, taxes upfront for $1500-$1900. Thoughts on these and any advice?
