It was a true car quote they showed MSRP minus 9k discount. And 1100 in dealer fees and acquisition.  No detailed breakdown yet. Other dealerships would not even come close and refused to even match.  Your price gets me to 421.  Where would that first payment and and registration fees get put in.

You should add the acquisition and dealer fees into the cap cost and make them part of the monthly payment.

You can get RF under 200 if you shop around (i.e. not dealer). You can also buy used tires still in great shape before you return the car. No point putting fresh tires right before you return a lease, free gift to the dealer ...
And if you get a nail in a RF, you can still patch it if it's not on the edge. Got 2 in my RF and got them fixed for 10 bucks at a local shop.
Now if you have a history of destroying wheels and tires, $700 might be cheap insurance.

Congrats on your deal. Seems like you guys in South FL have good dealers to work with. Central FL dealers are making me work hard for a deal.
