Is the following information correct? Please advise

1. 36 (or 39), 10k, 54% residual, 0.00003
2. 36 (or 39), 12k, 53% residual, 0.00003
3. 39, 15k, 51% residual, 0.00003

Just checking to make sure all those money factors, residual values, mileage and term numbers are right. Again, all regarding 2018 3.0t Luxe RWD. Also, in North Carolina.

The MSRP was $58,205 and I've gotten the price down to $53,000. Are you also able to lend a helping hand with what the lease payment should be on a 36 month / 36,000 mile lease or a 39 month / 36,000 mile lease? Was hoping to just pay the start up costs and first months payment up front. Please let me know what other info you might need.

I was hoping to get into one over the next couple weeks and didn't know if there was any conquest cash or bonus cash. Any assistance you can lend will be much appreciated. Thank you!

From what I'm seeing, people are leasing these for less than $600 a month for the Q50 Red Sport AWD with the Sensory Package. Any thoughts on the price? I was hoping it would be under $600 with no money down.

From what I'm seeing, people are leasing these for less than $600 a month for the Q50 Red Sport AWD with the Sensory Package. Any thoughts on the price? I was hoping it would be under $600 with no money down.

Used cars generally don't lease well. And, the bank is under no requirement to extend your lease, though they may choose to do so.

Somehow in my calculations just fyi I had a monthly "rent" charge of $1.76 on last months money factor of 0.00003 and now at 0.00155 it adds $91.04 in "rent" to the base payment. Big time changes if I'm calculating that right.

From what I've been able to tell there are no incentives now either - maybe because their new fiscal year just started? Will be interesting to see if car sales stop, and incentives come back later in the month or next month.

I spoke with a guy at infiniti I know in December and he said their deals usually start getting better after March, reaching the highest incentives in March, August, and December. So I’m quite intrigued how much worse the program has gotten this month. Although, Infiniti usually has a lot of hidden incentives they call “dealer coupons” that they use to buy down the payments. This is also odd considering last month was the first month in recent memory that the Q50 outsold the 3 series and C class.

Hello awesome Moderators! May I please have the money factor and residuals on a 2018 Red Sport AWD in St. Louis, MO, for both 10k and 12k leases for 36mo and 39mo? (Wanting to confirm it went up from the crazy .00003)

And, I'm very close to closing on a deal. Please see the attached photo. I can probably get the sale price down another $500. They advised I'd need to pay the first month's payment up front, and they added in up front charges and a total cap reduction.

They advised the "total cash and rebates" is the first months payment amount and then an extra $500 bonus cash to cover the payment a car I'm turning in to another dealer.??? But the "due upon delivery" amount is also $1,100. Am I misunderstanding something. Your assistance is much much appreciated.
