I'm preparing an email to ask for around 15% off MSRP, base money factor and lease incentive. Hope to squeeze a better deal.

The tax credits are very important, as that would add $65-$70 per month without them.
The actual bump in payment for the money factor markup is about $18/mo.

I wouldn't give up on this deal. You aren't far off.

Only way to improve on it is to get a lower price.

Do you have the selling price or adjusted CAP cost?

That's $351/mo, with just the first payment due at signing.
Which is pretty good for a $42K MSRP vehicle.
You can structure it that way, if you want. No need to put $2500 upfront

I have a VPP benefit through my company and this is my 3rd lease with this dealership. I’m also currently 16,000 miles UNDER on the lease I’m turning in. They are letting me out 2 months early and waiving the 2 remaining payments. I think this is a lousy deal based on other deals I’ve read. Any thoughts on how I can get them to do better would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million!

Without knowing the selling price, we'd only be guessing

39/10 lease numbers:

Sport AWD - .00003 and 52%
Red Sport AWD - .00003 and 54%

We also recommend only paying the first payment and DMV at signing - roll the other fees and NJ taxes into the lease payment. If the car is stolen or totaled, you wouldn't get that money back.
