    Looks like the MF was bumped to .00053, to get those payments.

    Still, $410/mo on a $52K car is a good payment, especially with so little out of pocket.

    Thank you, guys. No dealer was going below $410 a month so I agree that it's a good payment based on the MSRP and 15k miles per year. I suppose the dealer structured the deal to fit how it worked best for them. Thanks again!

    I haven't been able to get an itemized quote (including Cap cost/taxes & fees) from the dealer yet. They did give me a reduced payment quote of $617 but I don't know if they reduced MF or took it off of something else.

    If not MF, what should I be looking for that would make the difference between a $617/mo vs. the $558/mo you calculated with their slightly inflated MF? Simple processing fees seem like they wouldn't have that much impact.

    I'm assuming the $558/mo you're calculating is pre-taxes/fees? The dealer is telling me that their $618 monthly payment is including both (sales tax is 8.025% here). It seems like their numbers may actually add up with that in mind?

    If I multiply $558/mo by 8.025%, I get $603/mo. Closer, but still about $600 difference.

    Confirm the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for their quote, and how they got to that number from the selling price.

    Was just told the cap cost is 50,054.57 being used 

    Doc fee $130
    accquistion fee $700 (built into payments)
    lic and reg fee $530
    taxes $1339
    first payment $498

    im using the calculator myself and it’s coming up as close to $2500 upfront so I need to confirm with the dealer on that.

    I'm within $1 of that quote, with those numbers.

    We'd suggest that you add the tax amount into the monthly payment as well. If the car is stolen or totaled before the end of the lease, that up front tax money would be lost.

    Hey guys. i'm in the market for a 2018 Q50 Red Sport 400 AWD (in CT) and am wondering if this is a decent quote. I'm being quoted $1500 down (1st payment and fees) 39 months/15k a year for $520 for a car with the Sensory Package ($57k MSRP). Thoughts on this? thanks for the help!

    How do you get to the capitalized tax #? im using sales price x 47% x 7.375% but come up with 50205 * .47 = 23596 * .07375 = 1740 their number is better - just trying to see how to calculate it - thx

    It’s the sum of the pre-tax payments multiplied by the tax rate.

    Howdy,

    I received this deal in Houston (77008) for a 3.0t Luxe. Zero down. It would be my 3rd lease with this dealer. Based on the deals I’ve seen here, this one seems lousy?

    Looks like they've marked up the money factor to .00033 from .00003 base.
    $397.32/mo, if they used the base MF.

    Where is the tax? Texas tax credits?
