March numbers will be available in March.

This is the numbers I got from dealer today. The sales person said $620 is the best he can do. But when I run the number with lease calculator,I get around mid 500. Am I missing something?  Or is his price ok? BTW this is for 2018 Sierra Denali with sunroof in white frost. 39mon/10K miles with no money down. My Zip is 11418.

MSRP: $64,545
Sale Price: $55,200 (MSRP less $9,345 discounts listed on dealer site)
Sales Tax: 7%

Money Factor: ???

Term: 36 mos.
Mileage: 12k/yr.
Cap Cost/Down: $1,000
Monthly Payment: $??? (incl. tax)

It's likely that most of the rebates listed are incompatible with the lease program.
Plus Florida dealers are infamous for egregious dealer fees.

they are coming up with a monthly of 599.79 with sale tax on each month however, I am coming up with 539.41 with taxes with the 2000 +1500 down/incentives.

You can't just subtract the $3500 from the sale price, and then calculate the lease.
You have to allocate upfront amounts from the $3500, first, then subtract what is left over.

$599/mo. 1st payment
$595 acquisition fee
$XXX DMV charges
$XXX dealer/doc fee
$200 upfront tax on CAP reduction

If the above adds up to about $1900 (and, it probably does), that leaves $1600 for CAP reduction.
Subtract $1600 from sale price, and that leaves an adjusted CAP cost of about $58,800, and a payment of around $552/mo.+tax.. 8.5% tax? = $599/mo.
