    Sorry - posted this incorrectly in the wrong forum earlier. 

    Hi I am looking to lease a 2018 Sierra 1500, SLE, elevation, double cab, regular box. Ohio. The final price is 39904. I owe 1275 to terminate my current lease. When I calculated a lease payment using the residual given by the finance guy ($28860) i keep getting $492 with zero down at 12k miles. Dealer is saying 556. I am using doc/fee title of $500. Maybe i am forgetting an aqc fee or destination charge?

    What lease term?

    OH collects sales tax up front - perhaps the finance guy is adding them to the cap cost, as well?

    Acquisition fee is $595 for GM; destination fee is part of the MSRP.

    4x4 or 4x2?

    4x4. I did add sales tax of 8% after adding the rent fee. 36 month lease at 12k miles. 

    Msrp is $50285. 

    So I had 500 in doc/title fees, so i should add another $595 for Aqc fee?

    i had sales price 39904

    + lease term 1275

    + doc/title 500

    cap cost 41679

    - 28800 residual/36 months base lease 358

    rent cost 41679 + 28800 * .00125 (est mf) = 88.09 

     lease before tax 446.08 * 1.08 = 492 after tax?

    DMV/doc fee in Ohio is $290-$330 max.

    So, you understand how to calculate the payment.
    Verify the MSRP, residual and money factor with the dealer.

    Also, verify that the sale price you received is valid with the lease program. That they haven't removed incentives, due to it being a lease.

    Does anyone know what the lease acquisition fee is for GMC leases? Any disposition fee at the end? Is the disposition fee rolled in to the lease or actually paid at lease termination?

    $595 acquisition fee

    Don't know the disposition fee, but it is paid at the end of the lease if you return the car.
