Thanks Michael! Appreciate the forum and thread you started! This was really informative and helpful.... WE GOT A WIN FOR THE LITTLE GUY! 

If anyone is on the fence about LEASING or BUYING a SIERRA, I say do it NOW!! My feeling is that we are going to see borrowing costs and interest rates continuing to rise (just look to mortgage rates @5% and trending up along with more FED Reserve rate increases)

Amazing Rebates right now too.....SO GO LOCK IN YOUR DEALS! 

One thing the guys (and gals) should know is to calculate your MF into Interest Rate you multiply MF x 2400. So in my case the MF was .00131 x 2400 = 3.114% this is the Fee/Interest GM Financial or whatever bank you use charges you to lease. Dealers CAN and WILL mark this up so ask for a print out of deal sheet with the numbers. My dealer was AWESOME (Freehold Buick/GMC in NJ) they also printed out a .00000 MF deal sheet so I could see the payment without Interest/Fees so you know exactly what your payment breaks out to for the "interest" portion vs "Depreciation/Principle" portion of your payment

Elevation is a package on either the Base or SLE trim.

But, doesn't matter, as all Double Cabs have the same numbers

I went into the dealer this weekend to try and work a deal because of the great incentives. However, they still wanted to stay at $55k on a SLT Preimium and took $8k off (not the advertised $12,712). They were at $560/month with a 16k trade and taxes, etc.

I had them run a lease on a 2019 and the residual was 58% I forgot to ask for money factor but the payment was $1100!!!!

Are the lease deals on a 2018 denali any good right now or are you better off purchasing ans taking the incentive discounts?

But, if you are going to lease, the Denali is the trim line that has the best program.
