    That is a nice healthy discount from sticker.

    However, don't expect to get that price when you tell them you want to lease it. Different incentives exist for buy vs. lease.

    Is it safe to say that if they offer higher incentives next month on a Denali lease (currently not much there for incentives), that they will end up drastically lowering the residual. Contemplating waiting things out till next month. I have an offer for $688 a month sign and drive on a $57,500 Sierra 1500 denali 39m/10k miles, area code 06810. I'm not sure if I should take the deal or wait and see for next month. Is there a benefit to paying 1700 upfront for taxes and everything else. Thoughts?

    It is not safe to assume anything about future programs.

    Program could improve, or the program could go away, if the inventory of 2018 Sierras is low enough to stop supporting them.

    Hello can you tell me the number on a 2018 Denali ultimate. 18360 zip is where I will be purchasing it and registration will be 11756 I'm getting 12/39 12000 out of pocket 539 per month with a residual of 40 278

    Yes.

    That $12K will be gone if for some unfortunate reason the truck is stolen or totaled.

    And, the up front cash doesn't change the cost of the lease, nor does it change the residual value.

    If your intention is to keep the truck after the lease term, best to buy it from the start. Bigger purchase incentives, too.
