    a) does the value appear to be decent on this? Or can you not tell, without further breakdown of the amount due up-front?
    b) $1k loyalty offer for existing Audi owners is listed too. Is this typically taken off the "due at signing" amount or worked in some other way?

    Sorry for all the questions, new to considering leasing, and cannot stand working with this particular dealer, so I want to feel equipped with decent info before I go in there to get a quote in person... Thanks.

    Hello - I am looking at leasing Audi A3 Quattro Premium TEC vehicle 2018. These have the tech package with navigation, etc. MRSP is 36,650. I was able to get $2300 out of pocket (includes 1st month payment) and $385 per month (36 months) - this also includes AudiCare .. was negotiating between 3 dealerships and this seemed like the best deal. Does anyone have any feedback no if this is a good deal? I will be signing final paperwork next Thursday and picking up call.

    Any other vital pieces of information I should be aware of prior to final signing? I see a lot of info on forum for MF and residual - are those important factors if in the deal quoted above that I need to incorporate?

    It's the only place near me that sells Audis, so it seems like a necessary evil if I want to stay with Audi. And I do love my A4.

    36 months, 15k miles - $385 per month, $2300 out of pocket
    $2300 out of pocket includes Audicare ($700 value),tax doc dmv bank fee and first payment.

    Would this be considered a good deal? Have to sign final paperwork on Thursday - thanks!

    I've also received some TrueCar quotes with as much as a 12% reduction of the MSRP. Can I take that reduced MSRP and then calculate what the lease payments would be if I want to shop around?

    Probably not - TC is geared for purchase prices, not leasing, and there are likely different (read: smaller) incentives if you lease.

    So, that totals $2087 (on the high side). Taxes should be more than $200 in NJ.

    $1300 sounds about right - it's the tax rate applied against the sum of the payments, plus tax on the incentives and any up front money you give them.

    Ok thank you .. I guess I received the Summer of Audi incentive with the upgraded tech package ($3k value for $1700), but not sure what other incentives I received. My wife and I just negotiated the lease payments ($385 per month - 36 months), the out of pocket ($2300 including AudiCare and 1st payment + everything else). Sounds like I'm getting a good deal so I will pick up car tomorrow and sign paperwork.
