Hi. I am negotiating a Sedan Premium Plus FWD in CA. The lease price I'm being offered with zero money down (just drive offs) suggests in my spreadsheet that I'm not only getting the 3,000 lease cash back but also getting another 370.00 below invoice. I'm not a lexus owner or any of the other cars that get the loyalty bonus, though I do drive a high end luxury car not on the Audi list. Where do you think the dealer is getting this ability to go under invoice? If it's the loyalty bonus because maybe somehow I qualify, that would suggest he's still making 1500-370, or 1,130 and that I should be pushing for lower price, right? Or could he be drawing from some other incentive I don't know about. Thanks!

Don't worry about what the dealer may be making - establish your target price (we suggest 6% off MSRP, before incentives), and negotiate to it.

Yes its a sedan. The dealer believes the correct leasing factor is .00116 and residual is 48% . Im not gonna argue the residual, but are residual and MF something the dealer marks up? Is it negotiable? I am assuming you have the correct rates (not him) from a relationship with AFS.

If the $699 service contract is for AudiCare, that accounts for the 1% higher residual
The money factor is marked up from .00066 to .00116.
