Certainly better than the first offer, for sure.

Ask them to rewrite the quote with the base MF, and expect less of a discount, to see if that improves the payment at all.

$2500 doesn't include MSDs, though, right?

The A3, like most Audis, doesn't have a great lease program.
But, considering Texas sales tax on leases, you'll never get a "cheap" lease.
The deal you've made looks pretty good, given the above limitations.

That can't be your adjusted CAP, if you are paying the fees/taxes upfront, and have a $2000 rebate. Your adjusted CAP should be lower than the sale price.
