hmm. it looks like net price stayed 31235 and rebates was 5250
I didn't get detailed breakdown of price, but price after all rebates and discounts is 26250

I think the acquisition fee is $645 for Ford Credit.

Disposal fee sounds right at $395, but you don't pay that until the end of the lease, and then only if you do not buy or lease another Ford.
