    We know the dealer can't modify the residual, and the MF looks to be in line with what we've seen in the past.

    Do you have adjusted CAP costs for those two deals?
    And, a breakdown of the fees? Guessing there might be a big dealer fee in there, somewhere.

    Do you have 24/12 and 36/12 numbers for the 2018 Macan Turbo? I know they typically don't lease well, but I found a dealer willing to discount MSRP by over 10%. I wanted to calculate value difference between lease vs purchase options. Thanks!

    Porsche numbers are national.

    And, that is the base (standard) MF for all Macan models, this month.

    If anything, the residual would go down for higher trim levels.

    Guessing this is a service loaner or dealer demo with the mileage adjustment.

    The math is correct.

    As I've never shopped for a Porsche - or, in that price range - I'm not sure what's possible as far as the discount from MSRP. But, that's really the only way to improve this deal - more discount.

    Ok thanks for looking into this..... I’m still confused though on the numbers because I’m not sure where they got the 37,770 from as 59% of 66000. Also, even if i use the numbers provided and do adj cap - Res divided by term then adj cap plus Res times .oo26 the math is 825. So i guess i’m confused? Thx -

    It's 59% of the MSRP minus the mileage adjustment listed below that number.

    ($66000 X .59) minus $1169.10 = $37790.70.

    If you want to do the math, use .57228 as the residual, instead of .59.
