    I can't imagine it going much lower. We don't track prices, so you'll have to push the dealer to find out where rock bottom is.

    I just helped my dad to lease 36/10 an ES350 $42559 car at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. the deal was $415 tax in (6%) with $500 TOTAL out of pocket. I'm not a huge fan of the dealership but if I got the deal, it is real. Best of luck to all. New model coming out in Sept so Lexus needs to move their existing inventory.

    I am looking to lease 36/10k in Dallas, TEXAS. I am looking at the ES350, one with Nav. and Luxury package and the other with only Premium Package. MSRP prices are 46,608 (Nav/Luxury negotiated to 41,468 with payment of 550. This includes $1350 tire and wheel package) and MSRP Premium 42,739 (Premium negotiated to 37,998 with payment of $480 with same tire and wheel). Residual on both 47% according to my math. Is this high? I am grateful for any help. The lease cash is somehow factored into the payments

    Do you know if you are getting any tax credits, to lower the TX sales tax?
    What is the amount due at signing?

    $450/year to insure your tires/wheels from damage seems like a good deal... for the dealer and the insurance company.
