    Was wondering if leases under 36 months were available for Lexus, specifically 24 months. What would be the MF and RV for 77044 in this case for 12k/15k miles? Assuming lease cash is remaining the same

    The monthly looks about right with the $4300 upfront.

    $100/mo. more with just $800 due at signing.
    Doesn't seem that great at $485/mo, huh?

    Of course, TX taxes don't help.

    Thank you. So this is calculating off a 10,800 down payment? What is the most successful method to improve this deal? Is negotiating the car price down from 39k the best option and do you have any indication how much flexibility there is on this vehicle right now?

    yes.. you need a bigger discount.

    It's possible that you can't get a great deal on this car, even with the big incentive, because of the low residual.

    And, as mentioned, TX taxes the full selling price, so that doesn't help.

    Thank you. If my intent is to keep the car after the lease, would the residual be in my favor and am I better off switching to 12/yr in that case? That is my intent - to lease then buy out.

    Probably best to just buy it initially, if the incentives are similar.

    If not, use the lease cash to negotiate a killer deal, then buy the lease out before it ends.

    And, get the number of miles you need; 12K only adds 2% to the residual, and the payment comes down around $20-25/mo
