For GM "One Pay" leases subtract 0.00073 from the money factor. So in this case based on the Tier 1 money factor here you should be at 0.00029 on a One Pay. That corresponds with the money factor I got on my recent deal. Make sure you verify that, not all dealers are familiar with the One Pay structure and might not know the particulars.

What kind of payment can I expect on a $34,095 MSRP LT in 90241. Dealer website shows $2000 dealer discount. Also, $0 down. My calculation with the full $6,900 in cash allowance and incentives comes out to about $320 but I'm seeing people getting payments in the $200's. 36/10k

That's with all fees and first payment upfront.

A dealer discount of about 4700 is entirely doable on that Volt LT. I got $4950 off my 34950 MSRP Volt last month with the same programs available. You just have to shop around and look for it. 14% off sticker before rebates should be your goal.

Any chance you have the MF and residual for 36/10 for both LT and Premier?  Do the customer incentives and lease cash apply once you you agree on vehicle price or included into vehicle  sale price?  Also I live in California, does the state rebate get applied to the lease or do I get it later by applying for it?  Thank you so much for the help!

Most dealers will quote you a price with all incentives included. But, you won't know unless you ask.

CA rebate is applied for afterwards.

The $2900 is factory to dealer, and will be part of any offer they make.

The $4000 is to you, and will be reflected on the contract as a CAP reduction (aka down payment)
