I received a quote for a JL Sport S MSRP $40,765
0 out of pocket 400/mo.
NYS tax included
10k 36 month.
I do not know what money factor I should be expecting on the JL. From what I've read here previously I'm thinking 75% residual.
That being said Is this a good price?

What is the selling price?

If it is a true "sign and drive" lease, $400/mo for a $41K Wrangler is a good price, especially for the new JL

Is this a 2-door or a 4-door?

We only show "standard" MF.

We haven't seen that in a while, and it can vary by model, but usually, it's high.. in the .00200-.00230 range.
74% residual for the Sport S, for 36/10.

39 month residual is 73%. Surprised they didn't try to sell you on that term.

Is there a tactic that you used to get 7% under invoice. Talked to a local dealership who wanted to start the negations at MSRP and wasn't willing to budge much from there.

That must be from a third party bank, as our Chrysler Capital numbers only go out to 48 months.

Leasing for that long has risks:

1. What if your life circumstances change? Longer commute to work, etc.
2. You'll likely have to replace consumable items like tires and brakes in that time frame

Any reason you can't wait for your existing lease to end, before moving onto a new car?

12/39 is what they quoted. I would normally do 12/36 or 15/36

If it's a Chrysler Capital lease.

The "standard" mileage allowance is 15K/yr. Maybe, they are just reading it off the chart, and not adding the 2% for 12K/yr?
