2018 Honda Accord Lease Deals and Prices

Hi all, I just received the following offer for an Accord Sport 1.5L 2018 lease for 3 years and 12k/yr in San Jose, CA(95134).
MSRP: $26675
Sales Price (I negotiated before asking for lease quote): $22988
Downpayment: $3500 ($500 will be applied to it as new college grad bonus)
Monthly lease: $219 including taxes
Residual after lease (57% of MSRP): $15204

Does this sound like a good deal?
Is there any way I could get the dealership to reduce the residual value?

Hi Sorry for the delayed response. The quote was from Coral Springs Honda. I thought the price was excellent but I end up not getting it for another reason. Their website shows so many EX-L in stock comparing to other dealers in the area. Give them a call.

2) We're approaching the end of the month AND the end of a quarter. Should I expect that the few dealers who have swapped emails with me (or that I've visited) will start dealing more enthusiastically over the next 7 days? Or just the last day or two? At all?

3) Here's what I've got so far for a Sport 1.5 and 2.0. The dealer has given me only the sale price. I've done the rest of the math myself, and wrote him back for a confirmation. Any comments on these deals? Should I expect to do better over the next week?

Now those are impressive numbers....I leased the 2016 honda sport and got myself a great deal when seeing what others leased their Sport hondas at. Its refreshing to see a good post on here about the sport, not many people are sharing lease numbers so seeing yours was great. My lease is almost up so Im looking at turning my lease in for a new one early next year, If they can get me into the sport 1.5 for what Im paying now I will be a hero, but your numbers are about what I expect to lease my next Honda sport at since its still new with not many incentives. The sport 2.0 lease number looks to be the lowest I have seen in quite sometime. I will opt for the 2.0 if with tax they can do $265- $275! If not it will be on to the 1.5 at a price no more than $240!

Everyone thinks they are getting a super deal on the LX, I know someone who was paying $300 a month for the LX right after I got my sport. I told him straight out that they ripped him off and that he could have gotten my deal and saved thousands.....A 2018 LX, you should be paying no more than $200- $215 a month with excellent credit with only some dollars out of pocket.

I will try and get the numbers tomorrow but it was $785 doc/DMV/bank fees all rolled into the cap.
