    Oh okay. Well msrp on the 2019 subaru wrx sti is 37.490. And the selling prices they offered me is 35,290. Which is $2200 off of the msrp from what they’ve told me

    Bank lease residuals don't always match up with reality.
    A couple of years ago, the STi had 36/15 residuals in the high '60s, but also had a money factor that was around .00200.

    They try to come up with a program that, in totality, results in a payment that will sell cars. If they aren't having any trouble selling them, then there is no incentive to put a good lease program on them.

    I agree that the STi residuals do seem unusually low, from a historical perspective.
