Thank you! Quick question, do the lease numbers change if I am dealing with dealers from Southern California and I am from WA?

No.. other than DMV and tax, it shouldn't change

Hello, I’m located in Northern NJ and looking for an automatic base 2018 F-type coupe. I currently lease an Audi A5 which is up sometime in November of this year. I’m looking to pay no more than $2,000 out of pocket incl. taxes and fees and the monthly payment should be around $500/mo for 36mo/12k miles per year.

Am I being impractical? I plan on keeping my Audi until the lease is up, but I at least wanted to have an idea on what to expect leasing the Jag.

I reached out to a local dealership and according to the salesperson, my numbers are not even close (are they ever?).

    2018 F-Type coupe 300hp.
    $66,399.00 MSRP
    $3500.00 discount
    $62,899.00 selling price
    5k miles per year
    $2026.00 total out of pocket
    $751.62 per month
    36 months

What is the RV and MF on this? Is $700+ per month a realistic lease price for these cars in Northern NJ?

    .00051 MF and 60% residual for 36/12
    63% residual for 36/5

Looks like they've marked up the money factor on that deal.

But, your expectations are unrealistic, I think. To get $500/mo, with $2000 out of pocket, for 36/12, you'd need a selling price of $55K, or less. It's just math. Generally, you can't lease $66K MSRP vehicles for $500/mo.

    Just to confirm

    340: .00003 MF and 59% residual

That's crazy thats a .072 percent interest correct?

    Money Factor = Interest Rate / 2400

    $1500 bonus credit

Is this the start of the push to remove 18's as 19's will start to show the second half of this year? I know from leasehackr some guys got some incredible deals as the 18's rolled in. 19's do have update as well with the infotainment package headlights etc...

    Thanks for confirming.

Hi Looking for MF and RV in NJ for F-Type Convertible
    296HP 24/10 and 36/10
    340HP 24/10 and 36/10
Can you also clarify incentives? The site shows $8K but it's not clear if it's available for lease.
    Thx

How do you find these numbers? I can't even get my local dealer to be straight with me. Jaguar USA has the generic lease offering for a 2018 F Type 340 at MSRP of $68,000 for $639/ month for 36 months with $4,995 down plus tax, etc, etc etc. Local dealer offering 2018 F Type 340 for $559 / month for 36 months with $4,995 down plus tax, etc etc etc, but won't tell me what the assumptions are (MSRP, money factor, etc). I asked for comparison sake because I was also cross shopping a CPO 2015 R w 16k miles (allegedly MSRP $60k because that is what I offered) and all the dealer would tell me was $746/ month for 36 months WITHOUT any of the requested details (MF, residual, whether that included tax/etc etc etc). Gut instinct thought that was a bad deal with no details on the underlying assumptions.

Also, I hate how Jaguar is offering $16,000 off used FType base V6s for finance but not for lease, but I guess that's because they are worried about a glut of used FTypes dragging down the market... and that's another story. Thanks!
