I think $45,167 must be your Gross CAP, before incentives.
Adjusted CAP has to be around $42,000 to get the $500/mo. payment.

We don't have the Eastern Region incentives, but the $3250 is pretty close to the number in other regions.

I'd want to see how they got from selling price of $41,262 to the Gross CAP of $45,167. That's $4000 of extras, and even with tax, acquisition fee, DMV and dealer fees, that seems like a lot.

I get $363/mo.+tax with that CAP cost, which looks about right.
I agree with the lease variables.

Itemization to ask for:
Not counting the MSDs or 1st payment, you have $1191 upfront + $4750 in rebates.
That's $5941. Yet, the CAP cost is only $2470 under the sale price.
That leaves $3471 for other charges.
$795 acquisition fee
$475 tax on rebates
$500 DMV fees (est)
$80 doc fee
That leaves us with about $1600 unaccounted for.

Unless some of those incentives were already accounted for in the selling price?

Multiple Security Deposits.

Monthly payment, rounded up to next highest $50, will reduce your MF. That up front money is returned to you at lease end.

Doesn't that just mean that I'm not actually paying the net cap cost of the car on the lease, but instead something closer to MSRP? My offer was for right around what the lease should be with the adj cap cost they gave me - $500 down, $385/m. Am I missing something? What's the $5k drive off?

The math is correct.

They are paying the inception costs from the rebate - first payment, acquisition fee, etc., and applying the remainder as cap reduction (2505.11). You are contributing just $500 to that, as your out of pocket.
