I have enquired another dealer who is offering 7K off of MSRP for purchase and 8K off of MSRP for lease. They haven't given me any numbers. I have asked details like CAP Cost and MF, but haven't received anything back yet.

Can you please let me know if these 7K/8K incentives look good. If they don't disclose lease numbers, I am wondering if I should buy at 7K off of MSRP price? Is that a good price?

$8000 off, including the $4000 incentive is a good place to start.
But, the other details are important. You don't want to give back a good discount, with an increased money factor or big dealer fees.

The base model in that ad has a discount of around $7000, including the rebate

 I received a quote msrp 43920, sale price 38920.     2604 listed as cap reduction. 0 due on delivery for 429.35/month payment. Looks like $2604 of the $4750 is left over, after paying all of your upfronts (acq.fee, DMV fees, tax on CAP reduction, 1st payment, doc fee)

Subtracting $2604 from the sale price for an adjusted CAP cost of $36,316, results in a payment of $392/mo.+tax.

That's pretty close, depending on your sales tax rate.
