Is that payment calculated on the MSRP? What would the payment be at 500 over invoice? So if I got it down to 500 over invoice would the 4750 lease cash come of the 500 over invoice price?  Sorry for all the questions

That is using the prices provided (MSRP to calculate residual, selling price to calculate net depreciation).

You want to negotiate your best price, then subtract the incentives.

Net Capcost $34300
I had a trade in with $1500 in positive equity which I used to apply to any fees and taxes due at signing, otherwise no money down. While they first wanted to give me tier 2 I said I wasn't interested for anything less then tier 1. It was a difference of $70 a month. Ended up 36/10k $435 with taxes.

The $3000 for purchases isn't available on the lease.

You'll never know the actual cost, or the absolute lowest price that a dealer will accept.

Get multiple dealers involved. Otherwise, you are just negotiating against yourself.

I received a dealer quote from NC area on a IS 300 RWD with MSRSP at 41,724.
This is for 36/10.

Dealer Selling Price is 38,000
Net CAP Cost is 32,508.83
Cash due at signing is 3000 which includes all taxes, doc fee, acquisition fee and first months payment.

MF is quoted at .00025
Residual at 51% which is 21279.24

Monthly lease payment including taxes is 335.14

Appreciate any feedback on this quote.

I'm in NC also with very similar number with 1k down I estimated my payments to be about 415. Hopefully I can secure a deal.

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit; doesn't have to be a credit related bump.

We don't track pricing. If you have a proposed selling price, we can calculate a payment.

You aren't required to use the dealer for service to keep the warranty intact. You are required to follow the factory maintenance schedule.

On a brand-new vehicle, I'd use the dealer for service.
