I got this offer from a dealer today for an IS300 FSport RWD for 36/10k in 90015 . Supposedly it is zero down and includes a 1k dealer incentive along with the 4750 lease cash but I don't see it. Can you help me decipher it and understand what is going on? MF is 0.00060. Thanks

I show .00030 and 51%; where on this deal sheet does it show .00060?

Hint: it doesn't. I get the exact same payment using the .00030 MF.

Only way to improve on it is to get a better selling price.

Last question first - we don't track pricing, so can't tell you if your desired prices can be had. Can't hurt to ask for it, however.

I'm guessing the tax on the list at right is just tax on the rebate?

Had a local dealer ship call me they want to so a trade in. They want to buyout my $42k 2017 lexus ES and let me drive off in a 2018 lexus IS300 F sport ($45k). I am only 1 year into my lease and have 2 years left....

i am stll very puzzled why they would allow me to so this as I only pay $388/month on my payments...and they said they can have to keep similar monthly payments. Can someone elaborate?

It's a typical sales tactic, to cold call current customers.

They are trying to sell cars. Doesn't hurt to listen to their offer, but it seems doubtful they'll be able to achieve that without more money from you, upfront.

Those cars aren't very similar. Do you want an IS?

You don't have all of the numbers.
Upfront tax has to be paid on rebates. (whether paid upfront or rolled in)
Did you subtract the first payment from your "down payment" before subtracting the balance from price? Or, did you add the first payment to the amount rolled in to the lease?
