He said this was using a MF of .0023 and RV of 72%. I feel like this is still high, when I use the Lease Hackr calculator with the same numbers I get 399 monthly, tax included.

Is the deal I received fair? Or is there room to go lower here ?

Ask the dealer for the Adjusted CAP cost. I don't see DMV fees, acquisition fee, GAP insurance, etc, etc.

I get $389/mo plus tax with those prices.

Are you getting GAP insurance? TFS is the only captive lease bank that does not automatically include it.

Have a deal pending for a 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro. The Toyota website (and the dealer site) indicates that there is a special for 60/mo at 1.9% financing. When speaking with the dealer they indicate the Pro model is excluded - even though the website says nothing about it being excluded. I called TFS and they will not comment on dealers position for financing. So, is this correct that the TRD Pro is excluded? If it is, they should update the site to indicate the exclusion. Any help is appreciated.

Check with a second dealer and see if you get the same information regarding the TRD Pro.

I know that our lease information excludes the TRD Pro from the supported lease rates, so the same may be true for financing, as well.

Since this program uses TFS "standard" MF of .00230, dealers can mark it up for extra profit.

What is the price adjustment of $876?

With the MSRP and cap cost provided, I get $442/mo after tax; I'd confirm the cap cost the dealer is using, as it seems to be different in their payment quote.

TFS acquisition fee is $650 - confirm what the $795 really represents.
