Maybe I am just dumb, but how are they offering me to lease this 2018 SR5 double cab 4x4 @ 271 a month/36months with 10k miles. That is quite a bit under what these numbers are telling me their cost is! That residual value and MF suggest that they should be charging me at least 350!

Could be using a 3rd party bank, with a lower MF and a higher residual.

Thank you. I went to two different dealers, and was offered 36/10K terms. I asked specifically if they used any third party leasing companies and they both said they only used TFS. Any idea why they could give me 10k leases when TFS doesn't offer them?

It's possible that 10K are available in limited areas; add 1% to the 12K residuals, if that is the case.
