The $3,000 is just additional money down to lower the payment. It is $369 per month without it.

Why not wait until the current lease is up? Those $1000+ of payments have to go somewhere, and that's likely into your new lease.

Acquisition is included in the MSRP. Now, my math shows this is what the payment should be ($325), but I was quoted $415 / month.
