With the provided MSRP and adjusted CAP costs, I get $285.79/mo, before tax.

NJ taxes the sum of the payments; if you are not paying them up front, they become part of your monthly payment.

Confirm with the dealer if the taxes are "capped" (added to payment) or not.

I'm pretty certain that the total of the taxes and fees is more than $1068 - ask for a breakdown of this number.

Your first month's payment is not a cap. cost reduction and you divide the depreciation by the full term of 36 months.

A $309 payment with $19,197 RV, .00001 MF works back to a $30,303.18 adj. cap. cost, assuming sales tax is being included in the adj. cap. cost.

Are you sure the residual is 60% not 59% for 12k? With a $18,877.05 RV and .00001 MF the adj. cap. cost for a $309 payment is $29,983.46.

Not that this explains everything, but the salesperson said the up-front payment would be 1309 (and changed the 1379 to 1309) .. but that would only account for ~2/month difference

Those numbers work if you go with $1379 up-front and include the $595 lease acquisition fee, which isn't printed but you definitely have to pay.

If they're only asking for $1309 I guess the dealer is covering the $70 difference.

$29,709.05 price + $595 acquisition fee + $332 govt. fees + $736.99 tax = $31,373.04
$31,373.04 - $1,070 = $30,303.04

$30,303.04 adj. cap. cost with $19,197 residual and .00001 MF works out to $309/month.

I'd still double-check they quoted you 12k vs. 10k on the mileage since that isn't printed either.

The database is loading/updating... sometimes it's right away. Sometimes a day or two.
Or, there just may not be any incentives.

The doc fee must be taxable? (because I don't see any rebates)

I'd skip the CAP reduction and roll the doc fee into the lease payment.
Payment goes to $377/mo, but your upfront would be $424 (1st + title/plates)

Maybe, I'd shoot for a bigger discount. If that's the best price, though.... there is nothing wrong with the lease deal.

Not sure if it makes a difference but this will be my 3rd purchase from them and I have 3 referrals to them. My credit score is a 725 and I was told the MF was .0005 which seemed high. Thank you so much!
