Got quoted .00131 MF, 66% Residual on 33/10 for 2018 Touring. I think there might be a $500 incentive but haven't seen the full offer yet.

Might be a third party bank, with those high MF and residuals.

Confirm with the dealer.

Compared to the 2017.5 model year, I'd guess those are the correct numbers.
Hard to know if that's the base money factor, or marked up, though.
We probably won't know until the new January programs come out.

There is no GS trim for 2018, that we see.

I negotiated the following deal (the quote is attached below) on a 2018 Mazda CX5 Touring with prefered package.
I am confused on how to calculate the monthly payments based on the quote that I got.
I would really appreciate If someone could figure out what my monthly payments should be.
I plan do do a 36 months 10k miles lease in Florida.
I was told on this site that the money factor is .00062 and residual is 62%.
Sales tax are 6% where I live.
I plan to pay upfront only the tag fees.

That's a purchase quote, not a lease quote.
So... will the $1500 rebate still be good for a lease?
You'll have to add a $595 acquisition fee
The tax number will be irrelevant, as Florida taxes the monthly payment on a lease.

If we assume no rebate, add the fee, remove the tax, we get an adjusted CAP of $27,241.
Results in a payment of $296/mo.+tax = $314/mo. with just first payment due at signing.

But, if any of the assumptions are wrong, the price will change (i.e.: if the rebate is still valid)

I qualify for the rebates as I currently lease a Mazda.
I believe that the rebates are as follow: $500 MAZDA LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM and $750 PARTICIPATING LENDER LEASE LOYALTY.
So that would be a total of $1250 in rebates.
Also I saw that there is $1,390 Mazda Customer Lease Support for the 2018 CX 5.
Do you think that these rebates are stackable?
If so that would bring the adjusted CAP to $24,601.
Does that sound right to you?

The $1390 is only on the Sport trim.
If I subtract $1250 from the previous calculations, I get $260/mo.+tax = $275/mo.

We don't know what is or isn't included in the cap cost figure you provided us.

You should be able to search the relevant government department websites for registration cost info. It's highly state dependent.

The best quote I got so far is $284 before taxes with $1500 due at signing.
The $250 amount is for the tag fee that is on the quote.

Given the numbers you gave previously, and assuming the $1250 of rebates are applicable, then $275/mo, tax included, with just 1st payment and fees.

That’s $1200 less than your best quote, more or less

The 33 month MF for the CX-5 this month is .00202; if this is a 36 month lease, then the .00112 represents the max MF markup allowed by the dealer on the .00062 base MF.

Not as good a deal as the first one.
