I'm only a few pennies off of that payment quote. Only way to improve it is to use MSDs to lower the MF or negotiate a lower selling price.

Thanks! Is there a 45 month number too? Looks like a 2% drop for every 3 months but the drop from 42 to 48 is 5% so I am wondering if 45 month would be the sweet spot if it is at 51%. If not 42 month works out about $5 cheaper than 36 month numbers...
